Welp, I've finally been able to positively identify @we_have_risen as C. They posted a screenshot of a certificate with the first name CJ ..but they didn't do a great job of blurring the rest. Play with the contrast a bit and you get..

Why does this matter? @we_have_risen is a prolific spreader of election disinfo, and it's clear that they not only had a hand in the Antrim report, but were funneling their faulty information to Powell, Wood, etc.
