If you want a sneak peak of what to expect when Cyber Ninja's releases their report on the Maricopa audit, you can take a look at the report they released for Antrim, MI: https://www.depernolaw.com/uploads/2/7/0/2/27029178/ex_5-10.pdf - It's exhibit 7 / page 9

Logan does highlight some valid findings in his executive summary

He's wrong, however, in suggesting the impact "could be used to change the results of an election." because Michigan's electronic voting machines also produce a paper trail (see Haldermans report on the right)

Another fun call out from Logan's report: he specifically debunks a claim from the ASOG report that's included IN THE SAME BRIEF as the Cyber Ninja's report that was filed in Antrim, MI.

The same brief in support of the plaintiff has two completely contradictory claims

So, Logan debunks ASOGs adjudication claims...which is weird, because both Logan and ASOG were in Antrim when the machines were imaged.

Also, despite the "68% error rate" being amplified by Trump, Giuliani and Watkins, ASOG has never publicly corrected their claim.

Ok, I know I'm an asshole, but I do have to get Logan credit: outside of what I've highlighted above, his report on the Antrim election is reasonable, and tracks very closely with the findings identified by J. Alex Halderman (view Halderman's report here: https://content.govdelivery.com/attachments/MISOS/2021/03/26/file_attachments/1736734/Antrim.pdf)

Ultimately, while Logan's report calls out real issues that should be addressed, it does not present proof that fraud occurred, or even that it was likely to have occurred.

What's striking, though, is the contrast between Logan's report and the ASOG report - which again - were both requisitioned by the counsel for the plaintiff.

Compare Logan's executive summary with the "preliminary conclusions" from the ASOG report

The Antrim case has basically turned into a mini-kraken after the judge allowed the plaintiff to include additional expert witnesses. In fact, quite a few of the new expert witnesses also had affidavits submitted as part of Powell's kraken suits

Correction: I state above that Doug Logan was in Antrim - this seemed likely at the time, but thanks to new reporting, we know that was not the case: https://www.record-eagle.com/news/jan-6-committee-docs-trump-allies-used-antrim-county-to-target-election-result/article_4fefb23c-6e70-11ec-a5fd-7fdd34fa720c.html
