Some updates to this: "z" is likely Ron Watkins (ht @kskoglund).
If accurate, it indicates Ron: 1) knew that Conan Hayes obtained the data from Mesa 2) Had access to PCAPs from Lake County, OH and Clark County, NV 3) Had been working since at least 08/07 with Lindell's team

Ron Watkins was also heavily involved in analyzing the data, and made it clear that the PCAPs were garbage to a group chat that included both Phil Waldron, and Patrick Colbeck.
Which means Waldron and Colbeck knew that the PCAPs were never going to materialize by Monday, 08/09

I'd also imagine that information was relayed to Dr. Doug Frank and David Clements.
All four of those people - who were featured throughout the symposium - have continued to stand by Lindell's claims that there was a "poison pill" and that the PCAPs will materialize.

Here's where I'm going to editorialize a bit: Waldron, Frank, Clements, and Colbeck know the PCAPs are BS. They're intelligent people. So why are they holding the line alongside Lindell?
Money and attention.
Lindell is having a crisis, and they're enabling him for personal gain

Frank's been especially bad. Like, look at this. It's basically saying: Lidnell's opened his wallets and we're sucking him dry, so please continue to buy those pillows!

Interlude for a correction: Someone's pointed out that it's very very likely that Ron meant Clark County, WI and not Clark County, NV. That's very possible since these people are known to have a habit of mixing up states!

Frank also tries to pretend that they didn't begin working with Tina Peters until Monday, 08/09, when there are screenshots that show they obviously knew that Peters was involved somehow.
He also claims he could speak the "cyber guys" language, which, lol. He definitely can't.

In order to stay in the good graces of Lindell, both Clements and Frank have taken to completely throwing Spyder, AKA Josh Merritt, under the bus. His crime? Being honest about the PCAPs.

Chances are good that Merritt and I would disagree on a lot of things, but I can respect that 1) @ErrataRob has vouched for Merritt as being one of the only individuals at the symposium that was forthcoming about the data and 2) He's stuck to his guns about the data
