This video is incorrect. Lindell alleges Dominion "removes these modules of the 2020 election...illegally"

1) It's the local election officials responsibility to make backups of past election related data 2) The Mesa Co. images released online indicate backups were made on 5/18 https://t.co/MOxp3UtHq4

Lindell claims that they're going to "put an injunction against Dominion...it's a nationwide injunction...prohibiting Dominion from making any modifications to their voting systems that would destroy prior election data."

Lindell claims all Colorado citizens have the right to "images from those machines...you ask the county attorney for an open records request for a forensic image of the Dominion software election management systems" under the Colorado Open Records Act law

Lindell ends his segment by soliciting donations to his legal fund, which he says will be used to secure lawyers for anyone that comes forward with information regarding Dominion.

I hate my brain, so I'm following up the video in the top tweet with Lindell's interview of Peters that was published to FrankSpeech on 8/20/21.

After patting himself on the back for accusing Dominion of committing a "future crime" (in his opinion), Lindell asks Peters if it's her understanding if the prior elections data was deleted. She said that's her understanding, but she doesn't know.

Sorry for the crazy quality - tweaking my screen cap set up, and am also watching videos at 1.5x speed to retain some shred of sanity.
