New thread that I'll use for interesting finds from the email communications in the Maricopa drops

[tweet] [link]
Logan tried to require media observers to follow the same rules as non-media observers, including having to show up for an entire shift for a minimum of 5 days and presenting 3 letters of recommendation.

His PR person said it will be spun as setting up unreasonable barriers.

[tweet] [link]
This appears to be one of the first meetings Doug Logan had with Fann and Petersen, on 03/22/2021

[tweet] [link]
On 5/1, the Senate's attorney had to remind Ken Bennet that media should be promptly admitted into the audit at their scheduled time, and that failure to do so "could be the basis for a colorable lawsuit".

[tweet] [link]
On 5/10 - 4 days before the lease for the colosseum was set to expire, Logan wasn't sure that extending through 6/14 would be enough, as "the numbers I'm getting on paper processing are way behind", and suggested extending it to "EOM but finish early"

They did not finish early.

[tweet] [link]
I wonder what was redacted in this conversation between Fann, Logan, and Bennett regarding @jeremyduda's questions about Wake TSI's past experience and association with PA state senator Doug Mastriano.

[tweet] [link]
The irony of Cyber Ninja's PR guy saying Logan is focused on ensuring the audit is "transparent" when there's still a significant number of docs that are either redacted or withheld entirely. Oh, and we only have these docs because of lawsuits.

[tweet] [link]
The cost of leasing the Coliseum came out to $128,074.34. That's all but $22,000 of the $150,000 paid to Cyber Ninjas by the AZ Senate.

I personally think it's shady that CN submitted a bid that was obviously too low to cover the costs of the audit, so they could outbid others

[tweet] [link]
Looks like @RealMarkFinchem's Guardian Defense Fund paid at least $330,097 to Law Enforcement Specialists to provide security at the coliseum up until 7/8, with an estimated $71,063 due to provide security through 7/14, for a total of $401,160.

[tweet] [link]
My question is: Why weren't these payments disclosed alongside the rest of the donors? That invoice was received almost 3 full weeks before the list of donors was published

[tweet] [link]
Bizarrely enough, Pullen mentions that he'll be forwarding over the invoices to the AZ Senate for payment. Maybe I misunderstood the Senate's original agreement with Cyber Ninja's, and that it was their responsibility to pay for leasing the venue as well as providing security?

[tweet] [link]
Here's the Cyber Ninja's NDA. Not necessarily anything special here, but figured I'd provide it for the curious.

[tweet] [link]
In case you had any doubts that the AZ Senate hearings with Doug Logan and Ben Cotton were a sham, here's an invite to a prep meeting that included the only two senators that were allowed to ask them questions.

[tweet] [link]
Confirmed the Senate was responsible for covering the costs of facilities and security

[tweet] [link]
already reported on this, but here's an email to Cleta Mitchell talking about $550k that her foundation, the American Voting Rights Foundation, will pay to CyFir. The email also implies Cleta's foundation will pay out StratTech and Wake TSI

[tweet] [link]
For more on Cleta Mitchell and her role in security money from dark money groups to support the stopthesteal movement, check out these artciles:

[tweet] [link]
Cleta wired $500,000 to CyFir, and $250,000 each to StratTech and Wake TSI. Worth noting that Pullen doesn't know how StratTech is spelled 🙄

[tweet] [link]
One thing's clear so far: If you want to buy a sham audit that will produce a report favorable to the agenda you're trying to push, you better be ready to shell out a few million bucks.

[tweet] [link]
In case you think it was just Pullen coordinating the payments, here's Logan sending an email to Cleta.

[tweet] [link]
Cleta, to Tom Datwyler, the treasurer of the American Voting Rights Foundation said:

"Tom - Randy and Doug are sending invoices to wire $ to some AZ entities from American Voting Rights Foundation"

...doesn't sound shady at all.

[tweet] [link]
One of the more unusual things included in the dump is someone reaching out to Randy Pullen with what seems to be an offer to take Cyber Ninja's public via a merger with a SPAC https://www.investopedia.com/terms/s/spac.asp

[tweet] [link]
Here's a link to the Antrim CO., MI election fraud lawsuit: On 12/08/20, Phil Waldron sent an email to Borrelli and Finchem with a report that his team put together. Included in the CC list are Russell Ramsland and Katherine Friess (as well as Jenna Ellis and Bernard Kerik) 1/2

[tweet] [link]
Friess, a lobbyist with ties to Paul Manafort & Roger Stone, showed up in Antrim on 11/27 via chartered jet with members of Waldron's ASOG, and bragged about dining with Trump & Giuliani the night before.

The visit on 11/27 fell into a "legal gray area"

[tweet] [link]
On 4/20, Doug Logan stated he'd "love friendly press observers" & asked that he was copied on their requests to make sure they get through.

Compare that to below, where he insisted (presumably unfriendly) press observers overcome "unreasonable barriers"

[tweet] [link]
I'm also trying to figure out who the "Alex" mentioned above is.

[tweet] [link]
Shocker: Cleta's name also shows up in a @CREWcrew FOIA request sent to the AZ Senate, seeking communications regarding SB 1003, which implements early vote-by-mail restrictions.

[tweet] [link]
Did anyone notice that @weareoversight added some new docs from the AZ Audit open records request?

Specifically, they added the contract between the AZ Senate and Shiva Ayyadurai's Echo Mail for ballot envelope analysis. Looks like it cost the senate $50k

[tweet] [link]
EchoMail will be looking for "scribbles", which they say are potentially invalid signatures.

My signature on my drivers license is very much a scribble, so I make sure my signed ballot envelope matches. Would that be flagged as invalid?

There's also an updated privileged communications log. https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/21062783-updated-privileged-records-log-received-sept-15-2021-arizona-senate-records-related-to-election-audit

Here's a list of all the email domains that appear in the doc:

[tweet] [link]
I goofed, the above list of domains isn't complete. Here's a better list

Here's a list of email addresses from the privileged log. This probably isn't 100% comprehensive but should be pretty close. It's pretty long so click through for the complete list

I went ahead and used pdfgrep to grab all email addresses that were in all of the records released by @weareoversight. All addresses that appeared 5 or more times can be found here:
