The INCRDIBLE team @weareoversight has just published communications they obtained from Windham, NH administrators and external entities regarding the Windham, NH audit that took place this earlier this year. Keep an eye on this thread for interesting findings!

You can find the records here: https://www.americanoversight.org/document/windham-n-h-records-of-communications-between-town-administrator-and-external-entities

Huh, actually...maybe these records have been on @weareoversight's website since June, but just hit their DocumentCloud a few days ago? Either way I haven't seen 'em yet, so I'll keep going.

Looks like we get an appearance by ASOG's Russ Ramsland on page 2, so I'll pull that thread first.
CC'd are Phil Waldron, and ASOG's Charles Bundren, ASOG's legal council for all things election related.
Bundren tends to pop up in these kinds of things

Looks like ASOG contacted Windham on 4/15 to see if they could put in a bid for the audit. They described the Antrim audit as being under "semi-adversarial" conditions - which sounds accurate considering they first showed up without a court order and strong armed their way in
[tweet] [link]
Russ says that audits before the 2020 election were "either disingenuous or...semi-insider jobs" and laughably paints ASOG as "truly independent".

I'm really unclear on what the selection process looked like...it seems like they let audience members suggest firms during a meeting on 4/16?
Someone must have suggested CyberNinja's, because they have a mention (but doesn't look like they formally bid)

In reply to a question about timelines, Ramsland urges the town administrators to ensure the audit has a low profile so they can "avoid the circus taking place in Arizona", and quotes the cost as 80-85k as long as they do not "encounter paper ballots whose origin are uncertain"🙃

Ok, I lied, it does look like CyberNinja's attempted to make a bid. It says CyberNinja's has done forensic work in Michigan and Georgia. This isn't the first time I've heard them mention GA, but I can't find any record of what they did...

Apparently Waldron also worked with Logan in Georgia.
Anyone know more about what supposedly happened in GA? I recall hearing something about a voting machine supposedly that was supposed to show up at Lin Wood's but never materialized.

Gonna break for food. Plan on getting back to this tonight while I listen to the new episode of @QanonAnonymous!

Included in the doc dump are minutes for the 4/19 meeting where the potential auditors were discussed. Marylin Todd, an NH resident that's heavily involved in their rogue canvassing efforts, really wanted Jovan Pulitzer involved

That scene reminded me of this exchange between Phil Waldron and AZ Senate Pres Karen Fann, where she complained about having to deal with Jovan's crazed fans who were flooding her inbox with requests to bring him on board

And if you're not familiar with Marylin Todd, here's a great article on her recent canvassing antics in NH

I should have included this up top, but: I'm only reviewing this information because of American Oversight. If you can, maybe kick a few bucks their way so they can continue their extremely important work.

Here's Jovan's proposal for Windham. He says that the deliverables would be 8 to 10 individual reports - but it's worth noting that he's still not completed his Maricopa report.
His fee would be $10k, but he would rely on volunteers to actually scan the ballots.

Correction, Jovan's completed his Maricopa report.
