I think I'm finally starting to get a somewhat cohesive picture of what what happened in the days after the 2020 election:

Byrne, Powell, and Flynn start working together, in parallel with Guiliani and his team. There's information sharing but the two groups aren't super friendly

[tweet] [link]
Throughout Nov the focus is on gathering data. It starts with Byrne and Powell in DC. When Flynn joins, they relocate to Lin Wood's plantation in NC.

The intel team consists Conan Hayes, Doug Logan, Seth Keshel, Jim Penrose, and probably Phil Waldron and Ramsland.

They aggregate supposed proof of fraud that's been crowdsourced online.

The statistical data is largely based on Edison data scraped from the NYT feed. There are affidavits from supposed technical experts and eye-witnesses as well. They re-use some ASOG data from 2018.

The goal is two fold: collect information for Powell's Kraken suits, and to attempt to justify using executive order 13848 to seize voting equipment, appoint Powell as special counsel, and in some version, re-run some or all of the election using the national guard.

[tweet] [link]
Towards the end of Nov, they get word of the Antrim case through Guiliani. This is big for them.

Byrne flies out the ASOG team on 11/27. The team collects preliminary information that is included in the Antrim case as justification for a court order to allow full examination.

The court order is granted. Conan Hayes and Todd Sanders from ASOG, along with Katherine Friess and 4 techs from Sullivan Strickler (DFIR firm) arrive in Antrim on 12/6 to collect the data. Once the data is collected, they begin working on the report.

A draft of the report dated 12/13, and with a "v2" version is released publicly on 12/14. The report was obviously cooked to show evidence of fraud where there was none and was riddled with errors.

Quick sidebar:

I don't think anyone on the Kraken/Trump team expected Antrim to happen. They were operating under the assumption that, unless the president acted, they would not get access to voting machines.

[tweet] [link]
Without Antrim, they would have had to depend entirely on crowdsourced bits of information taken from the internet and stitched together into something resembling a cohesive report. Of course, a lot of that information was BS, and their court record up until that point showed it

[tweet] [link]
But now they're in a position to access machines and write a report that says whatever they want it to say - the SoS rebuttal wouldn't come out until much later. So they seized on the opportunity to claim - with very strong language - that the MI results should be decertified.

[tweet] [link]
That new draft executive order helps us understand how big of a deal they truly thought Antrim was. It opens talking about it. The draft EO is dated 12/16 - 3 days after the 12/13 date on the Antrim report.

[tweet] [link]
On 12/18, Flynn, Powell, and Byrne met with Trump. Again, those 3 had been working together to find (or invent) evidence of fraud since Nov. and Byrne even paid for the flight that enabled them to get access to the machines in Antrim so quickly. And now they're meeting with Trump

[tweet] [link]
Based off the other documents I've seen that originated from the Powell camp and track closely with the wording in the EO, I'm convinced that she or her team authored the draft EO with the hopes that Trump would sign it.

Emily P Newman, who was also in that meeting, is also listed (by initials) as the author of a "Timeline of Foreign Interference in the 2020 U.S. Election" that's currently published on Powell's website.

[tweet] [link]
I think to the Powell team, the combination of circumstantial evidence (that was often complete BS) that proved foreign interference (ex. the crazy frankfurt CIA raid on scytl that never happened) + the Antrim report was strong to enough get the wheels turning on EO 13848

[tweet] [link]
That's all I've got for now - back to the day job - but I wanted to word vomit these semi-coherent thoughts while they were still fresh. I have citations for most of what I've discussed above - lots of it comes straight from Byrne's The Deep Rig book - that I'll try and add later

If you want more context on the 12/18 meeting, and why Trump didn't end up signing the EO, this Axios article is incredible

This is a great point re: Logan's report vs ASOG's.

ASOG's report was so slanted that Doug Logan's report - which was considerably more grounded in reality (and also commissioned by the Antrim plaintiff) - almost looked like a debunk of the ASOG report

[tweet] [link]
I touched briefly on some of the differences between the Cyber Ninja's and ASOG reports here:

Sidenote: this wasn't intended to be an all encompassing timeline - it's just a sliver of what was happening after the 2020 election. Other schemes were afoot - some involving the people mentioned in this thread, some not - this obviously doesn't touch on those

[tweet] [link]
I absolutely did not expect this thread to blow up like it has. With that being the case, I realized I missed an important disclaimer up top: one or more (or all) of the tweets could be wrong. I’m confident at least the broad strokes are accurate but details like (cont)

[tweet] [link]
specific dates in Nov may be off - for example, I know ASOG was in Antrim on 11/27, but after double checking notes I’m not positive that was the day Byrne flew them out there. If anyone spots any inaccuracies please let me know!

More (most actually) importantly: if you can, consider running for local office or volunteer in your local elections. The far right is laser focused on filling as many local seats as they can. @runforsomething will help you with the process if you’re not sure where to start!

[tweet] [link]
Also: if you’re curious about who may have had a hand in the draft executive order, I compared the wording to a previous document Sidney Powell had released and found a 67% match - strong evidence that it originated from Powell and her team
