I've had a chance to look into DePerno's claims that there was a security breach in Arizona, and it's the usual sleight of hand that we've seen from him and his colleagues since last December.

There are actually two claims that he's put out:

On 7/3, he issued the attached press release on one of his fundraising sites.

Then, on 7/5, he appeared on Bannon's War Room and stated that the AZ qualified voter rolls were breach on 11/3, and that AZ was covering it up.

RE: Claim #1 - I've attached Cotton's MI affidavit. He's made specious claims before, so I'd like to see the actual Windows Event Viewer logs before I take Cotton's word for it.

The GA bit is new - I was unaware Cotton reviewed a Dominion EMS in GA

Also, Cotton's only real DFIR related credential is a certification from...his own damn company.

Also - assuming there actually were remote logins in the Windows Event Viewer - why the hell did it take 6 months to find and report on them? The first thing anyone performing forensics on a Windows machine should do is check the Event Viewer. It's DFIR 101

So to wrap up the first claim: DePerno hinted that they did (or might) discover similar remote logins in AZ, but then kinda dropped that thread, and moved on to claim #2.

BTW, if anyone knows more about the GA claim, let me know. AFAICT the Fulton "audit" didn't cover machines

Regarding the second claim, well, DePerno's correct in that there's an investigation into a breach of voter data in AZ, but incorrect in claiming it's an exclusive or that it was discovered by his team. Forbes reported on it December. https://www.forbes.com/sites/thomasbrewster/2020/12/04/exclusive-the-fbi-is-investigating-voter-data-theft-in-this-key-2020-election-battleground/?sh=3d9df05c34a4

That article also includes quotes from a Maricopa County spokesperson about the unauthorized access. So he's also incorrect in claiming that there's been some type of cover up.

Why would DePerno regurgitate 8 month old news, and dress it up as a BREAKING EXCLUSIVE?

Well, the timing happened to coincide with the launch of his new fundraising site, and sourcing the claim to a "lame stream media" source like Forbes wouldn't drive as many clicks

I've also seen Q/Election Fraud influencers driving traffic to Forbes and AZ Central's reporting on the breach which is...incredibly ironic.

You can't trust anything the media reports...unless it fits the narrative you're trying to drive.

So, that's that - as usual, it's a big nothing burger.
