I just stumbled upon this, and haven't had a chance to fully dig in, but it looks like Matthew DePerno (MI fraud case lawyer) is also representing Todd Courser, a disgraced former MI state rep - in a wild case against Raddison hotels https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/8341401/courser-v-radisson-hotels-international-inc/

Courser recently had to pay the Detroit News $20k after settling a defamation lawsuit he filed against the paper in 2015.

According to The Detroit News, Courser asked his staff to make up a story about an affair he had with a male prostitute to hide the actual affair he was having with a female MI state rep.

Anyways the case seems to allege that Raddison employees allowed 'unauthorized agents' access to Courser's room at the Raddison while he was having an affair.
