I'm pretty sure Ron's "whistleblower" is...just Ron. He probably printed out one of the readily available Dominion manuals, and scanned it back in to make it seem legit.

Ron has now deleted a couple of his comments that were hinting at something bigger coming within a few minutes. Unfortunately for Ron, you can't delete forwarded Telegram messages.

Ron's failed attempt to hype up his "whistleblower" reminds me a lot of his attempts to hype up a "moab" on 1/5. Just like today, he ended up delaying due to "technical difficulties" then deleted a bunch of posts.
