Matt DePerno, Michigan AG hopeful, appears to have completely ignored the protective order prohibiting the distribution of forensic images of the Antrim County election equipment and shared the images with Joe Oltmann, who then provided it to Sidney Powell and Mike Lindell

Looks like the MI SoS was just in court regarding the Antrim images leaking at the Cyber Symposium, but the judge deferred action since the case is waiting on the court of appeals.

DePerno sent Lindell a cease and desist after being contacted by the MI SoS' office, which is ironic considering DePerno seems to be the one who provided Oltmann with the images.

Josh Merritt's previously stated that Oltmann's the individual that provided the images to Lindell

Given that it does seem like the MI SoS is taking the leak of these images seriously, I can't imagine this will end up working out well for DePerno.

Seems like DePerno may have been in DC on 1/6. No reason to doubt the veracity of Oltmann's claim in his email that he was "sitting with DePerno" - he believed, at the time, that the email would be private, and DePerno's also CC'd.

has previously speculated that DePerno was there on 1/6.

Robert Patrick Lewis, who posted the site hosting the Antrim files the same day Oltmann sent an email saying he was with DePerno (1/6), is rumored to have been in DC at the time

Here's the letter @SethAbramson mentions above, that was written by Paul Coyer to Lance Wallnau. Wallnau, for some reason, still has the post up on his Facebook, and it's indeed dated 1/6.

This is all circumstantial, but I feel like we're moving beyond the realm of coincidence.

It's definitely looking like DePerno was working with Oltmann in DC on 1/5 and 1/6, as we now have two separate sources, including Oltmann himself, corroborating this.

Granted, the Antrim data didn't necessarily have to originate from DePerno - Russ Ramsland from ASOG, the firm that released the initial "forensic report" on the Antrim voting equipment, was photographed in the same suite as Oltmann on 1/6
